1. Refund Eligibility
If you apply for a refund due to product quality issues, you must meet all of the following conditions:
- Purchase Channel: You must have purchased the corresponding product through an official Fluxisp channel.
- A fixed processing fee of 2 USD will be charged for USDT refunds.
- A 5% processing fee will be charged for credit card refunds.
If you believe there is an abnormality with the proxy service, we are ready to assist you at any time. We support refunds or service replacement. If needed, please apply via the official customer support email: [email protected].
2. Non-Refundable Circumstances
We will not provide refunds under any of the following circumstances:
- The information provided by the customer during registration is incomplete, inconsistent, or false.
- The customer's account is frozen or suspended due to the customer's illegal activities.
- The customer has purchased a bundle via the system dashboard and has started transmitting or receiving data through the system.
- The service quality meets the service level agreement conditions agreed upon by both parties.
- The validity period of the purchased package has expired.
- Connection quality and speed are affected by third-party factors beyond Fluxisp's control. Fluxisp does not guarantee any quality measurement of the Internet connection provided by third-party Internet service providers. You agree that no refunds will be issued for any issues related to connection speed parameters.
3. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from customers' access to or use of the service shall be handled in accordance with the following dispute resolution procedure:
